Luke Cann is the Co-Founder and CEO of HEMOdata, bringing over 18 years experience in corporate IT Management, gained with some of the worlds most recognisable brands, including Walgreen Boots, American Express and Emirates.

An experienced IT executive, Luke brings a pragmatic approach to IT leadership & strategy, helping customers to meet their strategic objectives through effective risk management, transformation and supporting organistions to make the most of their most valuable asset, their data.

Luke has experience working across the globe, including UK/Europe, USA and the Middle east, with HEMOdata providing data analytics and IT services across the GCC.

Dustyn Smith is the Chief Revenue Officer at HEMOdata. With over 15 years in Business Development and leadership roles within large SAAS & Startup companies including Western Union (FinTech), PGi (Collaboration Tech), ON24 (MarTech), Education Perfect (EdTech) and ipaymy (Fintech).

Dustyn’s passion is helping organisations understand and evaluate the complicated and overcrowded technology landscape. Throughout his career, he has partnered with some of the world’s biggest organisations to become a trusted technology partner helping them drive technology adoption and ROI.

Dustyn is a regular thought leader and speaker at conferences across EMEA, APAC & MENA. Dustyn has also lived and worked in London, Singapore and now Dubai.
